Right to Manage

The Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 provides the right for leaseholders to transfer the landlord's management functions to a special company set up by them - the right to manage company.

At Bourne Property Management we take you through the steps necessary to make this happen and put YOU and your neighbours in control of your Block!

With us supporting you step-by-step and doing most of the work for you, it couldn't be easier.

At the end of this process, you will have control over your own budgets, reserve funds standards of management and the provision of services, repairs and major works and the overall functioning of the building.
