Bournemouth Property Management

Block Management

We recognise that your block is your home and your environment. We regard the role of Managing Agent as a great privilege and are actively developing ways to be more involving with residents.

As part of our commitment to our clients we are committed to following the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) 'Service Charge Residential Management Code' a copy of which can be read here.

We are also registered with the Property Redress Scheme which one of the three Ombudsman approved by the Department for Communities and Local Government.

So many people in our communities are vulnerable and rely upon the integrity of others to look after their best interests. Managing the place where you live could not be more central to that idea. To this end we are developing open business systems to enable residents to contribute to, and be more involved with the decision making process. We therefore welcome input from residents.

At Bourne Management our overriding aim is to provide a professional service and to truly represent the best interests of our residents. We therefore operate in a climate of openness and honesty and make all contracts available for client consultation and examination. Wherever practical we will work inclusively with residents who may be able to assist on-site thus helping to reduce costs.

Many agents seem reluctant to work with residents in this respect which seems a shame when so many residents would welcome the opportunity to contribute.

If you would like to learn more about our 'Block Management' service. Please feel free to ask and we'll be pleased to come and see you.
